The RE-SOURCING Project’s work on the renewable energy sector is going into the next phase.
After the State-of-Play Report, the Roadmap Workshop and the Flagship Lab, it is time to prepare the Roadmap leading from the current state of the renewable energy sector to responsible sourcing in 2050.
The project stakeholders believe your expertise would contribute greatly to the content development of this roadmap, and they cordially invite you to shape the roadmap together!
The roadmap covers the supply chains of copper, silicon metal, and rare earths for wind and solar PV energy, focusing on the stages of mining, manufacturing and recycling. For each stage recommendations for policy makers (EU focus), and industry and civil society (both global focus) will be developed. They would like to hear your opinion on what these areas should look like!
The consultation process is divided into two stages. To facilitate participation from all regions with different time zones, two time slots are offered for each consultation meeting:
1st Meeting: 16 June 2021, 9-11 am CEST or 3-5 pm CEST
2nd Meeting: 30 June 2021, 9-11 am CEST or 3-5 pm CEST
Please note: The deadline for your registration is 09 June 2021.
Due to the limited number of participants, the host might not be able to confirm all registrations. We will send you a confirmation letter after assessing your application.
